I would have preferred the battery be shipped in a box, due to its shock-sensitive nature, but it came in a padded envelope, double wrapped in bubble wrap. Sean is the coolest guy ever. Don't read his negative evals, he is a great guy and true to his word. It took a while to finally meet up with him for the board, but it was worth the wait. He is very polite, sincere, and took extra time to make sure I knew how to set up everything, and answered every question I had. I noticed that there was a missing accessory, and Sean immediately offered to replace it as soon as possible, and even offered to replace it with a better one. If there is such a thing as customer service in the forum world, Sean is the best at it. If he's got something you know you'll like, don't hesistate. You wont regret it.

It was very well packed, so it was not his fault. merid14, however, stayed in touch and quickly and politely helped me resolve the issue.
