overall the transaction was positive. I had very good communication with Chris pre and post sale. Everything was as described. My issue was that the mobo was DOA, and I believe Chris when he said it was working prior to shipping it. I however could not get it to post after messing with it for many hours (I really needed it to work). In any case, he sent me a partial refund (less shipping) for the parts, which was fair. It sucked for both of us that the mobo didnt work, but stuff like this happens. In any case, I would deal with Chris again because he handled the problem like a good trader considering what happened. Thanks
