Everything went smoothly! He gave me his information including telephone number and was readily available. He shipped quickly and let me tell you, the packing job was the best damned packing job I'd ever seen! You could've dropped the box off of a small building and all that bubble wrap would likely have left the video card inside in perfect condition! Video card works excellently, essentially a perfect transaction.
