The seller and I had agreed on a price for the item, I had paid, we had a valid contract and I sat around waiting for the item. After not hearing from the seller for several days I emailed to ask when the case would expect to be shipped. At that point, the person said that they were backing out of the deal. The PM is as follows:

I paid the asking price that the seller was looking for. He had multiple items for sale and has no excuse for backing out of the deal. I gave the person a chance to set things straight, but he didn\'t do his homework before listing the items or agreeing to sell them. He didn\'t offer any renumeration for breaking the contract. I have been waiting for the case to do a new system build and now I am back at square one.

Most new sellers will bend over backwards for you to build a good name. This person was the opposite. Poor communication, he didn\'t babysit his thread, he broke a deal and didn\'t act in a reputable manner. I would not suggest that anyone do any business with this person ever.

We ran into an issue with dead pixels on the PSP and he addressed it professionally and appropriately. I would buy from this person again and would have no problems recommending him to others. My only suggestion would be that if you don\'t like UPS, pelase specify otherwise. I prefer USPS, but didn\'t specify, so my bad.
