Supposed to trade two graphics cards plus a little cash on my end. He didn't come through with the deal. I sent my GPU, he was supposed to send his, then after I receive his then I send the difference.

Trade was worked out for two graphics cards but I sent my graphics card and he hasn't replied since and hasn't sent me the other GPU.
Emailed and PMed him but no reply in almost a month now.
After posting this eval, he gave me a negative saying I hadn't paid for the trade yet.
Deal was for his GPU to show up before I send payment and I haven't heard or seen anything yet from him in a month other than this feedback...
My card is confirmed delivered to his address in TX.
