I did end up waiting on this for two weeks while DOA was waiting on the parts to replace it. However, we were always communicating between then and the purchase date, and I didn't have to pay until he was 100% ready to go.

Though I would've liked to have seen the motherboard shipped in more than just brown packaging paper, he did fully insure it and the CPU, and it did arrive a day early.
