The box that he shipped the hardware in ripped open and the contents were lost in shipping. He had to make a claim for the insurance on the package to repay me. Took a while, but it all worked out eventually.

Sold him a laptop hard drive, he had some problems with it and shipped it back. I refunded him. Despite the problems it was still a great transaction.
