Item arrived packaged well and promptly after Don's return from vacation. I had some problems with Paypal beforehand, Don was understanding and patient with getting a MO by mail. Helped me determine if the card was "too big" for me, since it had custom Heatsinks and a Blue Orb. It was nice having someone willing to help me buy from him, instead of just in a rush to peddle goods.
