Tape drive was shipped very quickly and packed extremely well, When the tape drive got to me it was DOA however CGS was more then willing to take back the dead drive but I turned down the offer so I could contact tech support and try and have warranty work done on the drive, after fighting with onstream for a few weeks, they asked me for some info that CGS was happy to provide. CGS was great through the whole deal and I dont doubt for a moment that the drive was working when it left CGS but the Fedex guy must have been having a horrible day because this thing was packed REALLY well and still died :( - anyway, everything worked out okay and I am very happy with the transaction :)

The Speakers came to me in pretty bad shape, the packageing was good but it looks like USPS played socker with it! Lucky for me Allister was willing to file for postal insurnace and had already done a bunch of homework as to what we would need to do to file a claim, in the end I was able to rebox the subwoofer and now everything is working fine, daikon was very understanding about the whole ordeal and reimbursed me for the price of the new box/grill :)
