Arsalan was extremely patient with me as i worked through a ton of real life issues that struck me right around the time I was trying to sell the ipod - I was originally not even going to bother selling it because I knew communication, and free time would be very very hard for me to come by for the next few months however Arsalan was extremely understanding and reasonable - we worked out the transaction and I sent the ipod to him, once he received it he noticed that i had sent the wrong headphones and a firewire cable instead of the USB cable, he was very understanding about this as well, luckily he let me buy new headphones and the usb cable and have them sent to him as well.

Overall I would without a doubt work with Arsalan again - he was willing to work with my through a very difficult time where my communication was shoddy at best and he was always very prompt and polite.
