I was the buyer, and bought an old EKWB x58 Classified Motherboard NB/SB/VREG waterblock

As a note - This is the first time I am ever leaving negative feedback on Heatware since something like 2002. I am an ex-moderator at pcper, and have traded on RFD over the years - I'm reasonably well established.

Communication was initially good. I paid paypal and received the waterblock in a timely fashion. The block looked to be in reasonable shape.

Unfortunately, there were only 2 mounting screws in the package - These are proprietary from EKWB and are required to install the block properly per the instructions.

When I asked him to please send the rest of the screws, he replied:

"I had to use my on screws from existing motherboard as EK did not send when i 1st got it they said youll need to use the current screws."

Except that it is definitely NOT true that EK told him to tell me to use my own screws - All of the stock screws are a completely different size than the original screws.

I replied to him over the following 2 to 3 weeks to see if he was either willing to:

1) Send the mounting screws from the block

2) Pay for EKWB to replace the mounting hardware - which turned out to be: 25,90 euro direct from EKWB, or even just pay for me to replace the screws.

I have not received a response, after about 3 weeks, so I am assuming he is not willing to fix this problem.

Hence, negative feedback:

1) I have paid a significant amount ($115) for an item that is not usable in its current state

2) I offered solutions to the problem and have given ample time for a response, of which I've received none.
