One EVGA GTX 480 FTW Hydro Copper SSC GPU with all assessories and unused new backplate. Seller offered to refund half the cost of the card within 30 days if it went out because I had concerns about overheating and losing another GPU. I appreciated this but declined, this would be asking to much however his mention of this set me at ease.

This seller is absolutely one of the kindest and nicest people you will ever meet. He allow time for research to be completed and did not pressure me to complete the purchase quickly. When I ask if the card could take a backplate (not on the card I initially purchased) he told me he had recently ordered one and was waiting on it. That backplate was included at no charge with the GPU.

Seller gae me an option to have the GPU shipped immediately or to wait until the backplate arrived. He was willing to send the backplate seperately but I had him wait to save shipping cost.

Seller also packaged the parts well, in original boxes that looked as if they came right off a dealer shelf. Communication was terrific and there is no doubt this seller cares about what he sells, how he represents it, communication, packaging, speedy shipping, and overall buyer satisfaction.

On arrival the condition of the PSU was EXCELLENT! It had been well packed and very well taken care of. The PSU was so clean it looked as if it were brand new.

UPS delivered the package right on schedule July 16th, 2012 and seller provided a tracking number allowing us to be home for delivery.

This man has gone above and beyond for us in this sale. He did not have a copy of the original invoice (for warranty) but took the time to search it out in his e-mail and send it to us. BRAVO on a job well done.

Purchased an EVGA 790i Ultimate FTW / nForce 790i SLI FTW motherboard in pristine condition for a used motherboard. Delirious went well out of his way to help me purchase memory I needed for my PC. He volunteered to receive my funds, purchase the item from a Fry's Electronics store, and ship it to my home in Florida. Fry's would not ship from the retail store as a matter of store policy and the item was not in a Fry?ÇÖs warehouse for shipment. This was the only way I could purchase the product and have it shipped to me. Delirious wasted not a second to go buy the product, packaged it very securely, and shipped it all in the same day. This was a last chance opportunity to get this merchandise and without his help, I doubt I would have been able to get what I needed, as the item is very difficult to find available anywhere. No one should have any concern at all about doing business with Delirious, he is very honest, has great communications skills, high moral values, and integrity are beyond reproach. I could not have been happier if I had made the purchase at the store myself.
