Since Steve doesn't have a lot of [H]eat...let me be very specific.

Dealing with him was fantastic from A to Z. He responded quickly to PM's. He handled himself in a very professional manner and shipped the items promptly through UPS.

The package was packed very carefully and the packing material was more than adequate for the task. Overall, his packing was nothing short of superb. After having spent a dozen years(in my 20's) as a purchasing agent, I know a good packing job when I see one. He cut no corners.

I would have no hesitation in recommending a trade with him. In fact, I'd lay my 9-10 years of [H]eat reputation on the line and say that you're trading with a good fellow here.

I actually prefer to trade with someone like Steve because he says what he means and means what he says. Honest. In this day and age it's becoming a rarity.

He had sufficient other references although having no heatware. Communication was great and he had a good understanding of the shipping costs he'd be looking at. Was a really easy transaction over all despite my reservations of dealing with someone with no heatware. I hope he finds something else to buy from me in the future and it goes this well.
