Some items were damaged in shipping, and an active insurance claim is in progress with no information from the seller in many weeks. I sent a motherboard back to him after having some trouble. He offered to help and flash the BIOS, I also sent my CPU with it for him to test. I requested the return of said items but have yet to recieve a response.

I purchased many items from him with a total of approximately $600 including the cost of shipping. Some items were damaged in shipping. He has an active claim with USPS shipping insurance right now. I now have some damaged (but working) goods, no motherboard or CPU, and no information in many weeks. I have tried calling, texting, emailing both his emails, and facebook messaging him. I would really like this resolved and I will gladly remove this negative heat rating when the matter is resolved.

Good communication. Seller had some personal matters to attend to and needed more time to ship the items. The seller felt bad and made it right. The X5650 ended up being bad. It was purchased in a lot and it was one he had not tested. Seller immediately offered a refund and worked with me.

It came with the full retail box and all accessories. I was quite surprised. The card looked like I ordered it new from newegg. It was hard to tell if the card was even used.

He was selling it for a friend. The card shipped out the next day after payment was confirmed. Paid on a Sunday, shipped on a Monday. Package arrived on a Thursday from across the country.

The box was a bit beat up in transit in its 3000ish mile journey. Not the seller or shipper's fault. However, the inner box showed no real damage. Everything was fine. The shipper packed the contents well.
