NuSpeed (41)
Bought a 2GB OCZ PC2-6400 DDR2 kit.
Mark099 was the Buyer on April 30, 2007 RedFlagDeals
The deal originally took place in January 2007.
After he originally backed out of a deal 2 weeks earlier so he could get money from someone else and hour or two faster, we struck another deal for the same item. I received the ram in the stated condition. However, he was extremely difficult to deal with. I had to repeatedly ask for information. He refused to give some of it and I was forced to do an Internet search to fill in the blanks.
I paid via EMT, but held the password back until I got a tracking number and was able to talk to him on the phone. But before I could call (during his stated time frame) he tried to guess the EMT password without success. This meant that I had to cancel and resend the EMT. This would cost me another $4 in bank fees. I talked to him on the phone, re-sent the EMT, and gave him the password. When I asked him for the bank fees he cost me because he could not wait another hour (for me to get home from work and call him) he used the most profane language you could imagine. Reluctantly, he agreed to send me the money. The money never came, then a few weeks later I became aware of his dealings with Haywire. He charged Haywire $250 for an Athlon 64 X2-4400+ CPU (retail box). Haywire received an empty box. Three months later, NuSpeed has repeatedly told Haywire he would refund his money. It has not happened. NuSpeed has repeatedly told me I would receive my money, but nothing yet. I told NuSpeed once that I would wait until May 1st before posting negative heat. I keep my word and here is the negative heat. Now, he will probably retaliate, but I hope my 5 1/2 year (121-0-0) perfect trading record will speak louder in the end.
AVOID this guy -- even when he is not stealing from you he exhibits poor trading behaviour.May 2, 2007

Sold an Intel Quad Core QX6700 Retail CPU.
Mark099 was the Seller on December 2, 2007 RedFlagDeals
He made an extreme low ball offer of $300 shipped for a $1000 CPU. Rather than ignoring him or telling him to buzz off, I accepted his offer as long as he was willing to wait up to 17520 hours (i.e. 2 years) for me to ship. I figured in 2 years, the $300 would be a fair price. He totally missed the 17520 hour thing and sent money even after I told him twice to be sure he was happy with the terms of the deal before sending money.
Long story short... he ended up paying the balance of my asking price and I shipped the CPU.
Why neutral?
I asked for Paypal in Canadian dollars. He sent USD. He paid way more than he had to, and I received less than I should have, because of Paypals horrible exchange rate.
He asked way too many questions and demanded a lot of attention throughout the deal process.
It is not a good idea to deal with anyone that would miss an important detail about a deal.
Why not negative?
Because when he realized that he screwed up, he manned up and completed the deal to my satisfaction.
Response from MarcusFoXAsked to many questions, how is that wrong?? Asking questions is the right thing to do in all cases.
I admitted to missing your little Sarcastic \"17520\" hour detail, and I admitted right to you for sending you usd instead or CAD by accident?? plus I also corrected the problem by sending you $280 instead of $260 like you asked, ?? do you not remember I still have the pms.
There is nothing in what you typed that makes me deserving of a neutral feedback, I should get over A++ postive for playing into your sceeming Game.
The Fact of the matter is you took my $300 and you scammed me for another $280cad, just to get your cpu sold, The only reason I gave you the money sir was because you had me in a spot, and you said quote \"I will not refuned you money\".
And then to top it all off you have your dumb enough to come on here give me neutral feedback and try to twist the story so it looks like I was to blame.
\"2 Wrongs to make a right buddy and what your doing here is wrong\".
Heatware admins will be getting a pm.
