jiffylube1024 was the Buyer on January 26, 2011 AnandTech

Awesome seller! He answered all my questions promptly and was very helpful. One or two days after the sale, Intel announced their big (Huuuge!) P67/H67 motherboard recall, so I'll eventually have to RMA this board. He's given me hopefully sufficient info to get the RMA from ASUS.

    Thanks!!

  • Bought a GeForce4 Ti4600 from Josh. The card is detected as a Ti4800 (a Ti4600 with AGP 8X! - even better!).

jiffylube1024 was the Buyer on November 6, 2003 AnandTech

Josh is in my opinion above and beyond most of the other traders here. He is extremely quick to ship his packages, his prices are awesome ($108 for my GF4!) and his packaging is immaculate. Since he is such a professional trader, he had none of the problems I've heard from a couple of other guys shipping across the border to me in Canada. Total shipping for a GF4 card in a huge box to Canada: $5.05 (very reasonable IMO).

Definately one of the top 3 traders I've dealt with so far (in my limited, ~75 deals ;) )

  • Bought a Samsung 191T Digital/Analog flat screen monitor from Curtis for $600 CDN.

jiffylube1024 was the Buyer on May 18, 2004 AnandTech

Awesome seller - I picked up the monitor from his house and he was incredibly kind. The monitor was in great shape and works better than advertised. I\'m loving the sharpness (and dealing with the slight darkness ;) ).

    May 18, 2004

  • Bought a P4 CPU from him.

jiffylube1024 was the Seller on May 11, 2006 RedFlagDeals

He overdeclared the CPU and I got hammered on duty for it (I paid $75 shipped for the CPU; he declared its value at $100!).

Because of this, and because he used UPS, I got charged $58 CDN (over $50 US) in duty fees.

He\'s a new trader so I\'m cutting him some serious slack. As a Canadian, we\'re used to getting screwed by US shippers (many don\'t ship here) and by our own government for duty. And UPS, those wankers! $20 \"handling\" fee was part of that $58 charge! It was a freaking CPU!).

So, I\'ll play the part of the \"good Canadian\" and not stir the pot.

Just be sure to remind him, if you\'re a Canadian buyer, to declare it at actual value, and to not ship UPS (who rips of Canadians).
