Contacted Eugene via PM on the forums and everything seemed solid. Paid immediately and he told me he'd shoot me the tracking number. That was the last time I heard from him.

I attempted to contact him on the forums, via the email address on here, as well as the email associated with his PayPal - no response.

One thing that stood out was the fact that he logged into the forums once on December 23rd, but had no discernible activity. One of the forum moderators attempted to contact him and recommended I file a PayPal claim, which I did on December 26th. This claim hasn't been responded to as of December 29th.

Hopefully I will get some kind of response by him.

As of 1/7/2013 no response. He logged back into [H] on the 30th, so definite scammer.
