I purchased a set of two 4 GB RAM sticks from him in late December, but wasn't able to test them until much later, when I found they were incompatible with the ones I had installed (same model, different batch.) After some talking I asked if I could return them and purchase another set of RAM (16 GB) by covering the extra cost. He agreed, and we exchanged the RAM without any further hardware issues.
