First he was late shipping the monitor and then when I received it it came covered in coffee stains which wouldn't be so bad but when I cleaned them off there were some circle engraved cuts into the monitor screen when I contacted him letting him know that I was not pleased and that I wanted to return the monitor he basically said tough luck used monitors are expected to have wear and tear. Before buying the monitor I specifically asked if there were scratches or dead pixels to which he said no.
