I paid for the item and asked for a tracking number, and got no response. It took a eleven days for the seller to respond to my messages to say that he had internet problems and forgot. Received the item 15 days later, lose in a box filled with packing peanuts, no anti static bags. Item still worked could have had better communication.

Seller was quick to ship item out and provide tracking, after several days of tracking number not updating I inquired, tankman informed me the package was on its way and that I had the wrong tracking number. Package arrived the day after inquiring about the tracking number. All in all tankman was easy to communicate with and helpful, would trade with again.
