I bought 2x2GB sticks of Corsair DDR2 with a RAM cooling fan.

Seller shipped promptly and properly. Both sticks of RAM were packaged in an anti-static bag with tons of bubble wrap. The RAM cooler was wrapped in bubble wrap and secure. The seller even spent the time cleaning the cooling fan to practically new condition. A+ service!

Brian sold me some OCZ DDR2 memory.

Pretty much everything went wrong with this transaction. Seller got sick and communication faltered. Seller didn't ship the RAM himself and consequently the RAM arrived under packaged and damaged. Refund was prompt. Brian had good intentions and I cannot fault him for getting sick and asking for help shipping the RAM. I would deal with him in the future.
