I bought $300 of Amazon gift cards from this guy. $100 of them were just removed from my account. Turns out that these were bought using an account which is under investigation, meaning that they probably used a fake credit card or something to purchase them.

I thought that I would be ok since I applied the cards to my account before I paid, but apparently this is not the case. This guy has been scamming people for a long time. Search his email alias on heatware.
