The card was apparently damaged beyond repair during shipment and he was up front, honest and really prompt about replying and resolving the issue. I would happily deal with such an upstanding trader as this any time. Almost anybody can look good when the deal is right, but it's how you respond when the deal goes wrong that matters the most.
