Apparently, the Hard Drive was damaged when he received it. I agreed to refund him for the hard drive and requested him to ship the Hard Drive to Maxtor rather than me as it was still under warranty.

He agreed and shipped the drive to Maxtor as per instructions given my me and i got my new drive from Maxtor.

Very nice person to deal with. Very co-operative and honest person. Would definately love to deal with him again and wish there are more people like him.
