I entered an agreement to purchase some EB3700. Ben was kind enough to ship first. In the process of testing the RAM, it caused some component problems in my system. I communicated this to Ben. He had absolutely no hesitation or qualms about reversing the deal. Not all deals go smoothly, as in this case, but you can tell the character of people by the way they handle themselves and Ben has proven that he is a class act.
