I've had some problems with the software for the decoder and Rick has proved that he is an excellent seller/trader. He offered a refund and has gotten another decoder to back me up and to test on his computer to see if it's any different then the board he sent. I must say I have never dealt with a anyone like this before and I would trade with him again in a heartbeat. A+++ seller.
