Needed a P4 mobo ... see comments

Was in need of a P4 mobo and he offered an ECS 848P-A Rev.2.0. Board arrived 7 days an upon inspection it was discovered to have 8 swollen carps. When I told him he offered to replace then decided to refund the $ and made the statement:

\'On second thought, I need to thank you. You have reminded me why I stopped trading on Agora ten years ago.\'

After 3 weeks and no refund, I requested the help of the Moderators. After going back and forth, he claims that he sent a WUMO. When the Mods requested proof, he blocked them and refused to supply the proof, just stated that I had to prove that I did not receive the WUMO.

After over a month, the Folks on Agora managed to get me my refund.

To date, the proof of the WUMO has NOT been received. Should he ever provide the dated WUMO proof, I would be willing to change this feedback to a netural, but I don\'t expect that will happen.

Great seller all the way through. Actually, the post office beat up the first board, and I just sent it back to him and he replaced it with a better board and CPU. Outlnder is a great guy to do business with. Would recommend him to anyone
