While packaging my items, he realized he could no longer locate the cooler and contacted me immediately. He offered me a full refund or just a refund for the cooler and to continue to mail the rest. I opted to continue and take a partial refund for the cooler. He immediately refunded the cost of the cooler and shipped the remaining items very promptly.
