    Before I purchased MingChia was very friendly and fast with his communication and answered my questions fully. After he received all the payments he shipped out the laptop emediately. To my despair when the laptop came, it was missing one of the AC plugs and after examining the laptop, I found the HD damaged. After confirming this I told MingChia and he said he would buy me a brand new HD and he would ship the AC cord with it. Packages arrived and installed everything, and it all works well. I am very please with the MingChia provided me and I would not hesitate doing business with him again. Thank you.
