First of all, the optical disc drive was replaced due to my special request, for only a nominal fee. Excellent service. The overall package arrived in good condition; I saw nothing wrong with it. I was pleasantly surprised to discover, after opening the package and turning on the computer for the first time, it has some sort of wireless functionality. The gentleman didn't mention this and it might come in very handy! It appears he must have invested some time in doing Windows updates and other helpful tasks, up to and including Christmas Eve. The computer appears immediately ready to rock and roll. I appreciate the care and attention to detail that was evident from beginning to end. This gentleman, KelvinL, was very pleasant to deal with as there were some details about the computer with which I was unfortunately unable to help. The manner in which he packaged the drives for safe travel by taping them to the inside walls of a cardboard box was ingenious. He also eagerly accommodated my peculiar request to have the postal service retain my parcel indoors at their annex for personal retrieval. Thus we avoided the unfavorable thermal conditions (ie, scorching hot temperatures) of home delivery. I would have expected his goods in about a week but received them in only two (2) days. Judging from this one trade, he is a seller you can depend on.

I sold him a product which at the time was a yet-to-be-released "perk" in a crowdfunding campaign. This was a complicated transaction because we had to persuade the campaign proprietor to transfer my ownership to another buyer and to arrange for international shipping.
