While the didn't trade didn't go as planned, this is actually a highly positive review, and I'd be more than happy to trade with Dano in the future. We negotiated quickly and he shipped the power supply with little delay even given the Thanksgiving holiday week. Unfortunately it showed up with an obvious large dent on the corner of the box, and the power supply itself was dented in on that corner. I took pictures and got in touch, and he responded right away, and started the insurance claim process with the carrier. He kept me updated throughout, refunded my payment as soon as it cleared, and even paid me to ship the damaged PSU back while leaving the option to keep it. In a bad situation this seller handled himself with professionalism and openness, and we kept up a good conversation throughout. I'd absolutely trust him with my business in any future trades, given how much of a stand-up guy he proved himself to be.
