  After parading several questions back and forth, I paid for the card via eCheck payment (through PayPal). He went ahead and shipped the card to me before the eCheck cleared, and I received the card within three days. Item was as advertised (except the DVI->VGA adapter was damaged) He offered to compensate me for the damaged DVI adapter as well. Highly recommended seller, would definitely do business with this gentleman again. A+
