    The Good:
    -great communication
    -very friendly
    -delivery was prompt, and included fast shipping
    -ram works :)

    the bad:
    -thomas997 forgot to mention residue (cosmetically not that great) on ddr from heatspreader, but i believe this was an honest mistake

    overall:
    -i would trade with thomas997 again.
