    i bought a new/refurb dell Laptop from Scott

    Locutus was the Buyer on November 6, 2003 AnandTech

    we agreed i would pay half and he would ship and then i would pay the remainder upon receipt/testing
    it works perfect and was as described
    all in all a pefect deal
