  Although the product ended up not working out, here\'s the reason why i\'m giving him a HUGE POSITIVE.
  
  I\'ve dealt with many people, and throughout this entire deal, Steve was very upfront with me, and communication was spectacular. He ended up refunding me for the purchase since it didn\'t work, and was very understanding the entire time. This is quite impressive, and i would not hesitate to deal with him again.
