  First of all, best trader I've ever dealt with - EVER!

  Due to lack of Heat, the seller agreed to ship first. Everything arrived promptly and in the condition I expected it. Seller was VERY patient and VERY helpful. I had never installed a sub/amp in a car before, so the seller was able to answer my bajillion questions and was happy to do so. After I (with a bit of help from a friend's friend) got it installed, I had problems with the amp. Due to this problem, I contacted the seller and he said to not worry about paying for it until I'm happy with the purchase. And if, for some reason I decide I'm unhappy, I can just ship back whatever I'm unhappy with for a refund (at this point I had already paid for 50% of it because I felt bad having not paid for anything but shipping yet).
  
  I continued to have more problems (the amp would power off after a few hours of use). After I informed the seller of this, he offered to modify the agreement to give me a full money-back guarantee if the problems become more drastic (I told him that if it dies every few hours of nonstop use, that's something I could live with). I asked for 1-month 100%, 6 month 50% back. He counter-offered with 6-month 100% back, 1-yr 50% back.
  
  Truely amazing seller! I wish everybody I dealt with was like this. I would gladly recommend this guy any day!
