    everything was packaged up nicely, worked as promised, and was in great shape. Steve was particularly understanding when I told him of my mom's heart attack, and how it might affect my timely response. He had shipped it out to me first, awaiting payment. He told me no big deal, and wished us well in a time of great turmoil. Hats off to a very understanding trader, one who is a valued asset to our community.
