  Great communication. Item was not as expected due to a communication mixup and CD-ROM came flaky (sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, but I'm sure its not his fault). Everything else was perfect as described. Cuti7399 came through with flying colors and shipped out a DVD-RW drive to make up for the flaky CD-ROM and unexpected condition. Great seller and would recommend wholeheartedly!
