    edowado was the Seller on March 13, 2005 AMDMB

    ok, i found out he sold me a refurb and this wasn't specified in the deal. he won't refund and hides. bad trader.

    Rookie mistake on my part - When I sold the laptop I linked to the tigerdirect website where I purchased the laptop instead of listing all the specs. The website listed it as a refurb but the buyer did not notice that and I wasn't aware that he hadn't until after he purchased it. We could not agree on a equitable amount for a refund.
