    Juan is at the top of my A list with this transaction. altho new to Forum Trading & Heatware, he shipped me a Dell 2005FPW Prior to payment & Did everything he said he would to ensure a safe transaction.
    i even spoke with him on the phone & he was very professional. i shiped him the money order 2 days after recieving the LCD & he notified me the day he recieved the money order to tell me that all was well and the transaction was completed...

    i would gladly do buisness with Juan again any day...
