    A open but unused Microsoft Windows: Media Center Edition

    DaFOBulous1 was the Seller on August 17, 2005 AnandTech

    He had poor communication and I attempted to contacted him numerous times through the forums and his gmail. No response.

    I finally posted a comment on his blog in which he finally responded back to me through e-mail. He said he will check through DHL on what happened but never provided me a tracking number or any proof of shipment.

    According to him, he sold someone else Windows XP which he accidently packaged both that and the MCE. Since he didn't want any trouble of trying to get it back to me, he offered to refund me 150% of the cost. I then responded back if he can at least try to get the MCE from the other "buyer". He didn't respond so I just filed a Paypal issue and got the refund a few days later.

    His response from the Paypal transaction was: I offered refund earlier at 150% of cost - I'm not sure why you didn't just tell me where to send the refund. By going through Paypal transaction center, all I can do is 100%."

    If he really wanted to send me 150% of the refund, he would send it to the email I sent him payment.
