    evilroot was the Buyer on November 29, 2005 ArsTechnica

    This package was first "misplaced" and then declared officially lost by FedEx two weeks later in their official tracking. Rather than working with me to solve the problem Ronin007 accosted me with accusations, insults, and vulgarity despite my taking every step possible to right the situation (including issuing him a full refund).

    To date (month and a half since I paid), I've received no refund. No direct replies to my asking for one, nor to Ars Agora moderators after they recommended refunding me. I have all emails to date, all show consistent lack of details and claims to have provided details when obviously false.
