    I sent Terry a bunch of leftover PC parts & peripherals in exchange for Call of Duty 2 & $35.

    The first package he sent me (we cross shipped) got lost in the mail and was never delivered. I notified him of the problem and he immediately took steps to replace the lost merchandise and didn\'t give me any grief. I can definitely say it was a deal that could have gone disasterously for me but he came through with flying colors and kept me notified the entire time. A++++
