    Sold a FX55 CPU back on 5/09/2005

    The story is, me and Brent struck a deal on a hardware swap, my CPU for some of this hardware. I then sent the CPU out overnight to him at my expense. About a week or so later he came to me wanting to send me money as opposed to hardware, i agreed to this. I then didn\'t receive my first payment for another month. After an initial payment of $300 (of 800) in June of last year, i have not seen the remaining ammount since then. He was contacted recently to be given a chance to pay me the full ammount and avoid this eval, but after a month of PM\'s the issue is still unresolved. I did receive another $80 in the mail, and things are moving forward at this point, but the timeframe set upon him was not met (and it was his pay schedule i agreed to). On the bright side of things Brent does communicate well, all PM\'s are replied to within a timely manner, but that doesn\'t take away from the fact i haven\'t received payment. I also want to say that i know Brent isn\'t a troll or trying to scam me, but times were tough and he just didn\'t live up to his end of the deal. I hope to move on from this with him, i\'ve known him on OCF for awhile and this is just uncharacteristic of him. I discussed this with him, and he knows he\'s getting this eval, and agrees that he should.

    Everything stated by Sucka here is true and factual. I deny none of what is said here and am to blame 100% for this. I have sent Sucka another 300$ since the 80$ and will have the rest to him by the end of next week. This deal was changed as he stated then we kind of fell out of communication for a few months and I am now in the process or paying him back in full and am ashamed of myself for having taken so long to get the money owed to him in his hands.
