    Delivery problems with the post office should be disclosed before selling. I would have like confirmation of the problems. He finally set via fed-ex and gave me delivery confirmation. Item arrived packed and in great shape. I would suggest letting people know of the problems with the post office. More communication would be better as well. I am giving a positive, but with reserve. From now on, I will not pay first to low heatware.
