  Prompt shipping with excellent packing and communication. Unfortunately, the card wasn\'t working when it arrived, but John offered suggestions and an immediate refund. As always, you can best tell the quality of a dealer when things don\'t work out as expected. John is first rate and I hope to deal with him in the future.
