Despite the fact that Cheator took a bit extra getting the part to me, he communicated with me THOROUGHLY the entire time, apologized, offered a FULL refund, AND shipped the product out overnight!! Basically, he LOST money AND still wanted to refund me full amount, but his gestures speak louder than words (in a very good way).
Thank you SO MUCH, regardless of the delays. You may think what your snail-like movement (just kidding) was a bad thing, but you just showed me what a great person you are. I WANT to do business with you again - you deserve it!! I like this guy! A+November 27, 2007
