  Well, the transaction did take much longer than expected, but he did communicate with me. His service did not fix my 360 like we wanted, but he did refund my money. All I lost out on was shipping cost to him, but that\'s a VERY SMALL price to pay to attempt to revive something dead. B/c he attempted to fix the 360 for free, he definitely deserves positive heatware.
  Wish me luck to hit a $400 lottery ticket so I can have enough $$ to buy a new 360. :(
