  Bought a HTPC from him.

  Got PC and was packed with shopping bags for packing (BAD)
  
  Still trying to get TV Card/Remote that he removed before shipping. Finally got card and he didn\'t send remote sensor to make remote control function. This is going on over a month since I purchased unit.
