    Bought a used SATA DVD-RW drive.

    EDIT: 2011JAN30. I edited this from neutral to positive because I do not agree with HeatWare's default sorting of evaluations. I feel evals should be sorted based on most recent date and not on rating. It is not fair that this neutral eval always remain at the top of the feedback list.

    Poor communication. While the drive did arrive in working order, there was a delay in shipping and no communication about the delay. Inquiries on the delay went ignored.
